Moksha Yoga Studio offers an array of yoga and teaching styles. Moksha Yoga’s teaching draws from traditional lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. We encourage you to listen to your body and respect it’s wisdom. If you have never taken yoga before or if you are an advanced practitioner, Moksha Yoga Studio is a non-competitive and encouraging yoga space to explore, nurture, release and LIBERATE your mind, body and soul!

Dharma Memphis is home for the mindfulness community of the mid-south. Our goal is to offer information and support for the various Monasteries, Sanghas, and all practitioners of the middle way. We do this work to expand awareness, deepen wisdom and increase compassion for the benefit of all beings.
